Sharon married the love of her life, Eugene in Detroit, Michigan and together enjoyed 59 1/2 years of marriage and raised 3 beloved sons. She helped provide for her family through various jobs such as working with a attorney and the Newspaper, but above all she helped care for her family. An excellent cook, she made delicious family meals for all to enjoy. A talented woman, she had an ear for music, especially with the piano which she enjoyed to play. On nice days, she loved to be outside in the yard enjoying gardening. However, she could find solace inside enjoying her quiet time, whether that be sewing, crocheting, reading or enjoying a challenging puzzle. Together with Eugene, Sharon loved to travel, having visiting all 50 states and many places in Mexico, Canada and Europe. S loving, kin and compassionate woman, Sharon will be missed by all those who knew her.

Sharon was the loving wife of Eugene. The cherished mother of Mark (Eileen), Steve (Janie) and Scott (the late Elizabeth). Proud grandma of Michael (Katie), Mark, David, Jeff and Diana and great-grandma of Ruby Kate. Dear sister of Donald (Mary) Briggs and the late Patrick (Connie) Briggs.
